Primary & Secondary Teaching Positions


EYFS Teacher / MFL Teacher, East London

A multicultural, two form entry Primary school in the London Borough of Newham is seeking a full time MFL / EYFS teacher to start at the end of April, continuing on for the remainder of the summer term. There is the potential for this job to extend into the Autumn term.

An MFL specialist is required to deliver the KS2 French curriculum part-time and to spend the rest of the week in the nursery covering PPA time at this East London school.

A teacher with UK Primary teaching experience is ideal for this role, however Secondary trained teachers with Primary experience will be considered for the position. The school are happy to provide EYFS training for a candidate with excellent credentials that may be lacking experience in EFYS.
The nature of the role requires a teacher with a versatile chatacter with the ability to comfortably float between the different age groups.

English Teacher required for Secondary School in South London

A successful Secondary School in North London is seeking a qualified Maths Teacher to teach maths to KS3 & KS4. This is a long term position that will begin after the Easter break.

The school, situated in the London Borough of Camden, is looking for a Maths Teacher to join their strong staff team with at least a term's UK maths teaching experience. The ideal candidate must be a creative classroom practioner, with excellent behaviour management skills with a passion for teaching maths. Previous experience teaching KS5 is preferable but not essential.

Special Educational Needs Teaching Positions

Teacher of the Hearing Impaired required for an East London School

An East London School is looking for a qualified Teacher of the Deaf or an SEN teacher with BSL. This school has a specific deaf provision in place, which focuses strongly on inclusion.

Experience of working with hearing impaired students is essential. A teacher of deaf qualification is required and BSL level 2 is preferred.

SLD Home Tutor Required Urgently


An exciting position had come up within one of our lovely SEN provisions that works closely with pupils with SLD and severely Autistic pupils. The candidate will be required to be mobile across several locations within the same vicinity therefore it is essential that you have a full driver’s license and access to a car.

Head Teacher, Independent Special Educational Needs School, North London

A unique Independent Special Educational Needs school have an exciting leadership opportunity. This is a permanent role for a dynamic senior special educational needs professional who is looking for a challenging but rewarding management position.

The school provides specialist education for children with cerebral palsy and associated learning difficulties, up to the age of 11. The aim of the school is to inspire students to develop independence, confidence and self-esteem in order to achieve their full potential, by delivering a pioneering and specialist education service to children and their families. In order to achieve these aims, the school combines the National Curriculum with the philosophy of Conductive Education.

The role itself will involve leading classroom staff and organising the day to day running of the school. You will be responsible for providing line management to the multi-disciplinary team and will lead staff in the planning, monitoring and maintenance of records such as IEPs and Annual Reviews. Another important aspect of the role will be the strategic development of the education service, which will involve curriculum development and raising the profile of the school. You will have responsibility for the assessment and selection of children attending the school and will also provide support to parents in matters of statementing and assessment.

In order to be considered for this position you must have at least three years’ experience of working at senior level within a primary school. Significant experience in SEN is essential and you must have experience teaching children with moderate to severe learning difficulties, within a multi-disciplinary setting. Strong leadership and management skills are also essential in addition to excellent communication and presentation skills.

English Teacher (SEN) South London


Exciting opportunity for a qualified English teacher to join a team of SEN professionals at a special needs school. This position would suit a dedicated teacher who is looking for a challenging but rewarding teaching role.

The school caters for KS3 and KS4 students with SEBD, ASD, MLD and SpLD and their brand new building provides an excellent learning environment for the students.

The position would suit a qualified English specialist with previous SEN experience. Strong behaviour management skills are essential along with the desire to help children with barriers to learning.

Hospital School Teacher (Mental Health) East London

Classroom Ltd currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher to join a team of professionals at a specialist hospital centre for young people with mental illness.

You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals and will be responsible for providing a high standard of education to adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18. The students are treated at the centre for a range of mental health issues such as eating disorders, psychosis and severe OCD and will be experiencing high levels of emotional and mental stress. The centre is therefore looking for a versatile teacher with strong behaviour management skills, who can remain calm in challenging and emotionally distressing situations.

Teachers at the centre work across the curriculum and this specific position will involve teaching maths, science, art and ICT.

This is a part time position from Wednesday-Friday, to start after the Easter break until the end of the summer term.
